We at Bilingual Education Specialists LLC, wish to congratulate all our member schools for their outstanding performance on the 2002 Texas Assessment Test. We are pleased to announce that:

		80% of our member schools received either an Exemplary or Recognized Rating!
		80% of our member schools climbed up to their next accountability rating!
		100% of our member schools showed improvement in at least two of the three subject areas!
		Our member schools' average writing score of 87% dwarfed the Texas State average of 77%!

The credit for these extraordinary improvements belong to, without question, all the teachers and faculty who worked hard every school day, the kids who tried their best on the test, and of course, the principals who had the vision to put these teams together for the betterment of the communities they serve.
